Hardness & Durability
The Mohs scale — everyday wearability
The Mohs scale rates a stone's scratch resistance from 1 (softest) to 10 (hardest). For everyday rings, we recommend stones rated 7 or above.
Diamonds and moissanite (9.25–10) are the most durable. Garnets (6.5–7.5) and opals (5.5–6.5) are better suited to pendants and earrings, or rings worn occasionally.

How to Measure at Home
Three methods — choose what works for you
String method: Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger. Mark where it overlaps, lay flat, and measure in millimetres. Use the size chart to find your ring size.
Existing ring method: Place a ring that fits well on a ruler. Measure the internal diameter in millimetres and match it to the chart.
Printable sizer: Download our free printable ring sizer from the website — the most accurate at-home method.
Pro Tips
Measure in the evening when fingers are slightly larger. Cold fingers size smaller. If between sizes, size up. Wider bands fit tighter — consider sizing half up for bands over 6mm wide.

With the right care, your Kherish piece will last a lifetime and beyond. Here's how to keep it at its most beautiful.
Daily Cleaning
Wipe your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing to remove oils, sweat, and dust. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with a drop of gentle dish soap and a soft toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry thoroughly.
Storage
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching. Avoid storing in humid environments. Silver benefits from anti-tarnish pouches or a small piece of chalk in the storage box.
Professional Care
Have your fine jewelry professionally cleaned and inspected once a year. A jeweler can check prong integrity, polish, and re-plate white gold or black gold as needed to maintain its finish.
Black Gold Care
Our signature black gold has a Tin-Cobalt Gun Black coating. Avoid abrasive polishing cloths — use a soft microfiber only. The finish will wear gently over time, which can be restored with re-plating

Design Proposal
Our artisans sketch a detailed design concept. We refine it together until every detail — stone placement, band profile, engraving — is exactly right.
Step 03
Approval & Deposit
Once your design is approved, full payment is required to begin production. We then source your selected gemstones and materials and begin crafting your piece with exceptional care and precision.
Step 04
Crafting
Each piece is handcrafted by our skilled artisans with exceptional attention to detail. Custom designs are carefully created to your specifications and typically require 6–8 weeks for completion and delivery.
Step 05
Delivery
Final payment, quality inspection, and luxurious packaging. Shipped with full insurance and tracking directly to your door.

Custom commissions start from $295 depending on metal, stone, and complexity. We work across all budgets and will always be transparent about costs before any commitment.
Standard timeline is 6-8 weeks. Rush commissions (3-4 weeks) may be available for an additional fee; ask us when you inquire.
